Delete your account

You can delete your Wheel of Knowledge account and the data we hold about it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the App

1. Sign in, and open Settings from the gear on the home screen.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
3. Confirm with PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

Your account is deleted at once. The App signs you out; if you sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, a new account is created with no history.

Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed, write to privacy@wheel-knowledge.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject line "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in records (dates, IP addresses, device model and operating system, app version and language).
• Your feedback (ratings and text you sent us from the App). A feedback item published on this site with your consent is removed at the same time.
• Any purchase record (the store, the product, the transaction identifier, the price and the dates). Cancelling a subscription is done with Apple or Google, not by deleting your account.
• The phones you registered for calls (the push tokens that let another player ring your phone to invite you to a game), and your call preferences. Your phone stops ringing for the game at once.

What is kept

Nothing, unless the law requires us to keep a specific record — for example a tax record of a purchase — and then only that record, for only as long as the law requires. Anything you shared with other players during a match (your display name, what they heard over voice chat) was never stored by us and cannot be recalled from their memory.
