Wheel Limited (“nosaltres”, “nosaltres”, “nostre”) opera el joc mòbil Wheel of Knowledge (la “App”). Aquesta Política de Privacitat explica quina informació recopilem, com la fem servir i els drets que té. En utilitzar l'App acceptes les pràctiques aquí descrites.

1. A qui s'aplica aquesta política

L'aplicació està destinada únicament a usuaris d'edat 18 or over. No permetem conscientment a ningú menor de 18 anys crear un compte, jugar, iniciar una prova o subscriure's. Si ens assabentem que hem recopilat informació d'una persona menor de 18 anys, l'eliminarem.

2. Informació que recopilem

Account information. Inicia sessió utilitzant Sign in with Apple o Google Sign-In. Rebem un identificador únic del compte i, depenent de les vostres opcions i del proveïdor, la vostra adreça de correu electrònic i nom de visualització. No rebem ni emmagatzemem la contrasenya d'Apple o Google.

Age confirmation. Per fer complir la nostra política de 18+, registrem que heu confirmat que teniu 18 anys o més. Quan el vostre dispositiu o plataforma proporciona un senyal d'edat, l'utilitzem en iniciar sessió; no emmagatzemem les dades de l'edat de la plataforma subjacents a llarg termini.

Gameplay information. Processem la informació necessària per executar el joc, com ara el vostre progrés dins del joc, les puntuacions, els partits jugats i els esdeveniments del joc. El joc és autoritzat per servidors, de manera que aquesta informació es processa en els nostres servidors per mantenir el joc just.

Subscription and entitlement information. Les subscripcions i qualsevol prova gratuïta són processades per Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play). Fem not rebre o emmagatzemar la seva targeta completa o dades de pagament. Rebem la confirmació de la vostra subscripció o estat de prova de la botiga pertinent perquè puguem desbloquejar l'accés.

Technical information. We collect limited technical data — device model, operating system version, app version and the language you chose — as part of the sign-in record below. The App sends us no crash reports and no analytics.

Voice and video. During a match you can talk with the other players at your table, and when you accept a video call from a friend you can see each other in the lobby, before the game starts. Your voice and your video travel directly between players' devices (peer to peer), encrypted end to end; our servers pass on only the connection setup, never the audio or the video. When a direct connection between two devices is impossible, the stream is relayed by our own relay server, which passes it on encrypted and cannot decrypt it. Nothing is recorded, stored or seen by us. The App asks for camera permission only when you accept a video call, and your camera stays off until you switch it on; video ends when the game starts. The App asks for microphone permission only for voice chat, and you can decline it and still play. You can mute any player, block a player for the match, or report a player from the PLAYERS window; a report is prepared on your device for you to send to support@wheel-knowledge.com, and nothing is sent automatically.

Calls. A player who knows your email address can ring your phone to invite you to their lobby. To deliver the ring, we register your phone with Apple's or Google's push service and keep the token it issues, together with your call preferences: whether you allow calls (on by default; switch it off in Settings under ALLOW CALLS) and any players you have blocked. We look up the address a caller types only to deliver the ring, and the caller is never told whether that address exists, whether it allows calls, or whether it has blocked them. The token and your preferences are deleted with your account.

Sign-in record. Each time you sign in, we record the date and time, the IP address your device connected from, the device model and operating system, the app version and the language you chose, together with your account email address and display name. We keep this record to secure your account, to detect abuse and fraud, and to support you if something goes wrong. It is stored in our database in the United Kingdom region and is not shared.

Purchase record. When you subscribe, we record the store you bought from (App Store or Google Play), the product, the store's transaction identifier, the price and currency the store reports, and the purchase and expiry dates, together with your account email address. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Feedback you send us. La vostra adreça de correu electrònic no s'envia amb comentaris. Els comentaris són llegits per nosaltres per millorar el joc. We publish a feedback item on wheel-knowledge.com only if you tick the consent box in the window, i llavors només es mostren el vostre nom de visualització, la qualificació, el text, la data i la plataforma. 3. Com utilitzem la seva informació

Utilitzem la seva informació per:

• crear i gestionar el teu compte i autenticar-te;
• fer complir el nostre requisit d'edat de 18 anys;
• executar partits, fer un seguiment del progrés i operar funcions del joc;
• deliver a call when another player rings you, and honour your call preferences;
• gestiona el teu accés gratuït de prova i subscripció;
• mantenir el servei segur, prevenir abusos i trampes, i diagnosticar i solucionar problemes;
• llegir els comentaris que ens envieu i, amb el seu consentiment, publicar-la al nostre lloc web;

4. Bases legals i com tractem la teva informació

Usuaris del Regne Unit i de la UE. Quan s'aplica el RGPD del Regne Unit o RGPD de la UE, ens basem en: compliment d'un contracte (per proporcionar l'aplicació i la vostra subscripció); interessos legítims (per mantenir el servei segur, prevenir l'abús i millorar la fiabilitat); el consentiment (quan sigui necessari, per exemple certes notificacions); i obligació legal (quan la llei ens exigeix processar o conservar dades).

5. Compartir la teva informació

No venem la seva informació personal. Compartim informació només amb:

• Apple and Google, que processen l'inici de sessió i manegen els senyals de facturació de subscripció i edat a les seves plataformes;
• service providers who host our servers and provide infrastructure on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run the App;
• authorities or third parties quan estiguem legalment obligats a fer-ho, o per protegir els nostres drets, usuaris, o la seguretat del servei.

6. Transferències internacionals

Estem ubicats al Regne Unit. Quan la informació es transfereix fora del Regne Unit o de la vostra regió, prenem mesures per assegurar-nos que estigui protegida per les salvaguardes adequades segons exigeix la legislació aplicable.

7. Retenció de dades

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in records, your feedback, any purchase record, the phones you registered for calls and your call preferences from our servers, except where we are required to keep a specific record to meet a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation, and then only that record for only as long as required.

8. Els teus drets

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and its data from within the App (Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT), or ask us to do it for you at wheel-knowledge.com/delete-account. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

9. Seguretat

Utilitzem mesures tècniques i organitzatives raonables per protegir la seva informació. Cap sistema és perfectament segur, però treballem per salvaguardar les seves dades i limitar l'accés a ells.

10. Nens

L'aplicació és estrictament per a adults de 18 anys o més. No està dirigit als nens, i no recopilem informació de ningú menor de 18 anys.

Podem actualitzar aquesta Política de Privacitat de tant en tant. Actualitzarem la data “Última actualització” anterior i, si escau, l'avisarem a l'App. L'ús continuat de l'App després dels canvis significa que accepteu la política actualitzada.
