Wheel Limited (“ons”, “ons”, “ons”) bedryf die mobiele speletjie Wheel of Knowledge (die “App”). Hierdie privaatheidsbeleid verduidelik watter inligting ons versamel, hoe ons dit gebruik en die regte wat u het. Deur die App te gebruik, stem jy in tot die praktyke wat hier beskryf word.

1. Op wie hierdie beleid van toepassing is

Die App is slegs bedoel vir gebruikers van ouderdom 18 or over. Ons laat niemand onder 18 bewustelik toe om 'n rekening te skep, te speel, 'n proefproef te begin of in te teken nie. As ons leer dat ons inligting van 'n persoon onder 18 versamel het, sal ons dit verwyder.

2. Inligting wat ons versamel

Account information. U meld aan met behulp van Sign in with Apple of Google Sign-In. Ons ontvang 'n unieke rekeningidentifiseerder en, afhangende van u keuses en die verskaffer, u e-posadres en vertoonnaam. Ons ontvang of stoor nie u Apple- of Google-wagwoord nie.

Age confirmation. Om ons 18+ beleid af te dwing, teken ons aan dat u bevestig het dat u 18 of ouer is. Waar jou toestel of platform 'n ouderdomsein verskaf, gebruik ons dit by aanmelding; ons stoor nie die onderliggende platform ouderdomsdata op lang termyn nie.

Gameplay information. Ons verwerk inligting wat nodig is om die speletjie uit te voer, soos u vordering in die spel, tellings, wedstryde wat gespeel word en spelgeleenthede. Die speletjie is bediener-gesaghebbende, dus word hierdie inligting op ons bedieners verwerk om die spel billik te hou.

Subscription and entitlement information. Intekeninge en enige gratis proeftydperk word verwerk deur Apple (App Store) of Google (Google Play). Ons ontvang of stoor jou volledige kaart- of betaalbesonderhede not. Ons ontvang bevestiging van u intekening of proefstatus by die toepaslike winkel sodat ons toegang kan ontsluit.

Technical information. We collect limited technical data — device model, operating system version, app version and the language you chose — as part of the sign-in record below. The App sends us no crash reports and no analytics.

Voice and video. During a match you can talk with the other players at your table, and when you accept a video call from a friend you can see each other in the lobby, before the game starts. Your voice and your video travel directly between players' devices (peer to peer), encrypted end to end; our servers pass on only the connection setup, never the audio or the video. When a direct connection between two devices is impossible, the stream is relayed by our own relay server, which passes it on encrypted and cannot decrypt it. Nothing is recorded, stored or seen by us. The App asks for camera permission only when you accept a video call, and your camera stays off until you switch it on; video ends when the game starts. The App asks for microphone permission only for voice chat, and you can decline it and still play. You can mute any player, block a player for the match, or report a player from the PLAYERS window; a report is prepared on your device for you to send to support@wheel-knowledge.com, and nothing is sent automatically.

Calls. A player who knows your email address can ring your phone to invite you to their lobby. To deliver the ring, we register your phone with Apple's or Google's push service and keep the token it issues, together with your call preferences: whether you allow calls (on by default; switch it off in Settings under ALLOW CALLS) and any players you have blocked. We look up the address a caller types only to deliver the ring, and the caller is never told whether that address exists, whether it allows calls, or whether it has blocked them. The token and your preferences are deleted with your account.

Sign-in record. Each time you sign in, we record the date and time, the IP address your device connected from, the device model and operating system, the app version and the language you chose, together with your account email address and display name. We keep this record to secure your account, to detect abuse and fraud, and to support you if something goes wrong. It is stored in our database in the United Kingdom region and is not shared.

Purchase record. When you subscribe, we record the store you bought from (App Store or Google Play), the product, the store's transaction identifier, the price and currency the store reports, and the purchase and expiry dates, together with your account email address. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Feedback you send us. 3. Hoe ons jou inligting gebruik

Ons gebruik jou inligting om:

  • skep en bestuur jou rekening en verifieer jou;
  • afdwing ons 18+ ouderdomsvereiste af;
  • voer wedstryde uit, hou vordering op en bedryf spelfunksies;
  • deliver a call when another player rings you, and honour your call preferences;
  • bestuur jou gratis proef- en intekeningtoegang;
  • hou die diens veilig, voorkom mishandeling en bedrog, en diagnoseer en oplos probleme;
  • lees die terugvoer wat u aan ons stuur en publiseer dit met u toestemming op ons webwerf;
  • voldoen aan ons wetlike verpligtinge.

4. Regsbasisse en hoe ons u inligting verwerk

Verenigde Koninkryk en EU-gebruikers. Waar die Britse GDPR of EU GDPR van toepassing is, maak ons staat op: uitvoering van 'n kontrak (om die App en u intekening te verskaf); wettige belange (om die diens veilig te hou, misbruik te voorkom en betroubaarheid te verbeter); toestemming (waar nodig, byvoorbeeld sekere kennisgewings); en wettige verpligting (waar die wet vereis dat ons data verwerk of behou).

Verenigde State se gebruikers. Ons verwerk jou inligting om die App te verskaf en te beveilig soos beskryf in hierdie beleid. Ons verkoop nie jou persoonlike inligting nie, en ons deel dit nie vir kruiskonteks gedragsvertensies nie. Afhangend van u woonstaat, kan u spesifieke privaatheidsregte hê, wat in Afdeling 8A hieronder beskryf word.

5. Deel jou inligting

Ons verkoop nie jou persoonlike inligting nie. Ons deel slegs inligting met:

  • Apple and Google, wat aanmelding verwerk en intekenfaktuur en ouderdomseine op hul platforms hanteer;
  • service providers who host our servers and provide infrastructure on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run the App;
  • authorities or third parties waar ons wettig vereis word om dit te doen, of om ons regte, gebruikers of die veiligheid van die diens te beskerm.

6. Internasionale oordrag

Ons is gebaseer in die Verenigde Koninkryk. Waar inligting buite die Verenigde Koninkryk of u streek oorgedra word, neem ons stappe om te verseker dat dit beskerm word deur toepaslike veiligheidsmaatreëls soos vereis deur toepaslike wetgewing.

7. Data-behoud

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in records, your feedback, any purchase record, the phones you registered for calls and your call preferences from our servers, except where we are required to keep a specific record to meet a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation, and then only that record for only as long as required.

8. Jou regte

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and its data from within the App (Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT), or ask us to do it for you at wheel-knowledge.com/delete-account. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

9. Sekuriteit

Ons gebruik redelike tegniese en organisatoriese maatreëls om jou inligting te beskerm. Geen stelsel is heeltemal veilig nie, maar ons werk om jou data te beskerm en toegang daartoe te beperk.

10. Kinders

Die app is streng vir volwassenes van 18 jaar en ouer. Dit is nie op kinders gerig nie, en ons versamel nie bewustelik inligting van iemand onder 18 nie.

11. Veranderinge aan hierdie beleid

Ons kan hierdie privaatheidsbeleid van tyd tot tyd opdateer. Ons sal die “Laas opgedateerde” datum hierbo opdateer en, waar toepaslik, u in kennis stel in die App. Voortgesette gebruik van die App na veranderinge beteken dat u die opgedateerde beleid aanvaar.
