Wheel Limited (“mes”, “mus”, “mūsų”) valdo mobilųjį žaidimą Wheel of Knowledge (“Programėlė”). Šioje privatumo politikoje paaiškinama, kokią informaciją renkame, kaip ją naudojame ir kokias teises turite. Naudodamiesi Programėle jūs sutinkate su čia aprašyta praktika.

Wheel Limited yra Anglijoje ir Velse registruota bendrovė (įmonės Nr. 17163116). Registruota buveinė: 26 Cowper Road, Slough, SL2 1TQ, Jungtinė Karalystė.

1. Kam taikoma ši politika

Programėlė skirta tik 18 or over amžiaus vartotojams. Sąmoningai neleidžiame jaunesniems nei 18 metų asmenims susikurti paskyros, žaisti, pradėti bandomąją versiją ar užsiprenumeruoti. Jei sužinosime, kad surinkome informaciją iš jaunesnio nei 18 metų asmens, ją ištrinsime.

2. Informacija, kurią renkame

Account information. Prisijungiate naudodami Sign in with Apple arba Google Sign-In. Mes gauname unikalų paskyros identifikatorių ir, priklausomai nuo jūsų pasirinkimų ir paslaugų teikėjo, jūsų el. pašto adresą ir rodomą vardą. Mes negauname ir nesaugome jūsų “Apple” ar “Google” slaptažodžio.

Age confirmation. Siekdami įgyvendinti savo 18+ politiką, mes įrašome, kad patvirtinote, kad esate 18 ar vyresni. Jei jūsų įrenginys ar platforma pateikia amžiaus signalą, mes jį naudojame prisijungdami; ilgalaikiai pagrindinių platformos amžiaus duomenų nesaugome.

Gameplay information. Apdorojame informaciją, reikalingą žaidimui paleisti, pvz., jūsų žaidimo eigą, rezultatus, žaistas rungtynes ir žaidimo įvykius. Žaidimas yra serverio autoritetingas, todėl ši informacija yra apdorojama mūsų serveriuose, kad būtų sąžininga.

Subscription and entitlement information. Prenumeratas ir bet kokią nemokamą bandomąją versiją tvarko Apple (“App Store”) arba Google (“Google Play”). Mes not gauname arba saugome visą jūsų kortelės ar mokėjimo informaciją. Mes gauname patvirtinimą apie jūsų prenumeratą arba bandomąją būseną iš atitinkamos parduotuvės, kad galėtume atrakinti prieigą.

Technical information. We collect limited technical data — device model, operating system version, app version and the language you chose — as part of the sign-in record below. The App sends us no crash reports and no analytics.

Voice and video. During a match you can talk with the other players at your table, and when you accept a video call from a friend you can see each other in the lobby, before the game starts. Your voice and your video travel directly between players' devices (peer to peer), encrypted end to end; our servers pass on only the connection setup, never the audio or the video. When a direct connection between two devices is impossible, the stream is relayed by our own relay server, which passes it on encrypted and cannot decrypt it. Nothing is recorded, stored or seen by us. The App asks for camera permission only when you accept a video call, and your camera stays off until you switch it on; video ends when the game starts. The App asks for microphone permission only for voice chat, and you can decline it and still play. You can mute any player, block a player for the match, or report a player from the PLAYERS window; a report is prepared on your device for you to send to support@wheel-knowledge.com, and nothing is sent automatically.

Calls. A player who knows your email address can ring your phone to invite you to their lobby. To deliver the ring, we register your phone with Apple's or Google's push service and keep the token it issues, together with your call preferences: whether you allow calls (on by default; switch it off in Settings under ALLOW CALLS) and any players you have blocked. We look up the address a caller types only to deliver the ring, and the caller is never told whether that address exists, whether it allows calls, or whether it has blocked them. The token and your preferences are deleted with your account.

Sign-in record. Each time you sign in, we record the date and time, the IP address your device connected from, the device model and operating system, the app version and the language you chose, together with your account email address and display name. We keep this record to secure your account, to detect abuse and fraud, and to support you if something goes wrong. It is stored in our database in the United Kingdom region and is not shared.

Purchase record. When you subscribe, we record the store you bought from (App Store or Google Play), the product, the store's transaction identifier, the price and currency the store reports, and the purchase and expiry dates, together with your account email address. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Feedback you send us. 3. Kaip mes naudojame jūsų informaciją

Mes naudojame jūsų informaciją tam, kad:

  • sukurti ir valdyti savo paskyrą ir patvirtinti jūsų tapatybę;
  • įgyvendinti mūsų 18 metų amžiaus reikalavimą;
  • vykdyti rungtynes, sekti pažangą ir valdyti žaidimo funkcijas;
  • deliver a call when another player rings you, and honour your call preferences;
  • valdyti nemokamą bandomąją ir prenumeratos prieigą;
  • išlaikyti paslaugą saugią, užkirsti kelią piktnaudžiavimui ir sukčiavimui bei diagnozuoti ir išspręsti problemas;
  • perskaityti Jūsų mums siunčiamą atsiliepimą ir, gavus Jūsų sutikimą, paskelbti jį mūsų interneto svetainėje;
  • laikytis mūsų teisinių įsipareigojimų.

4. Teisiniai pagrindai ir tai, kaip mes tvarkome jūsų informaciją

JK ir ES vartotojai. Tais atvejais, kai taikomas JK BDAR arba ES BDAR, mes remiamės: sutarties vykdymu (teikti Programėlę ir jūsų prenumeratą); teisėtais interesais (saugoti paslaugą, užkirsti kelią piktnaudžiavimui ir pagerinti patikimumą); sutikimu (kai reikia, pavyzdžiui, tam tikrais pranešimais); ir teisiniu įsipareigojimu (kai įstatymai reikalauja, kad mes tvarkytume ar saugotume duomenis).

Jungtinių Valstijų vartotojai. Mes tvarkome jūsų informaciją, kad pateiktume ir apsaugotume Programėlę, kaip aprašyta šioje politikoje. Mes neparduodame jūsų asmeninės informacijos ir nedalijamės ja įvairiapusiškai elgsenos reklamai. 5. Dalijimasis savo informacija

Mes neparduodame jūsų asmeninės informacijos. Mes dalijamės informacija tik su:

  • Apple and Google, kurie apdoroja prisijungimo ir tvarko prenumeratos atsiskaitymo ir amžiaus signalus savo platformose;
  • service providers who host our servers and provide infrastructure on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run the App;
  • authorities or third parties kai teisiškai reikalaujama tai daryti arba apsaugoti savo teises, naudotojus ar paslaugos saugumą.

6. Tarptautiniai pervedimai

Esame įsikūrę Jungtinėje Karalystėje. Kai informacija perduodama už JK ar jūsų regiono ribų, mes imamės priemonių užtikrinti, kad ji būtų apsaugota tinkamomis apsaugos priemonėmis, kaip reikalaujama pagal galiojančius įstatymus.

7. Duomenų saugojimas

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in records, your feedback, any purchase record, the phones you registered for calls and your call preferences from our servers, except where we are required to keep a specific record to meet a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation, and then only that record for only as long as required.

8. Jūsų teisės

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and its data from within the App (Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT), or ask us to do it for you at wheel-knowledge.com/delete-account. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

9. Saugumas

Mes naudojame pagrįstas technines ir organizacines priemones jūsų informacijai apsaugoti. Jokia sistema nėra visiškai saugi, tačiau stengiamės apsaugoti jūsų duomenis ir apriboti prieigą prie jų.

10. Vaikai

Programa skirta tik suaugusiesiems nuo 18 metų. Jis nėra nukreiptas į vaikus, ir mes sąmoningai nerenkame informacijos iš jaunesnių nei 18 metų.

11. Šios politikos pakeitimai

Mes galime retkarčiais atnaujinti šią privatumo politiką. Atnaujinsime “Paskutinio atnaujinimo” datą aukščiau ir prireikus apie tai pranešsime Programėlėje. Tolesnis Programėlės naudojimas po pakeitimų reiškia, kad sutinkate su atnaujinta politika.
