1. Kam šī politika attiecas

2. Informācija, ko mēs apkopojam

Account information. Jūs pierakstāties, izmantojot Sign in with Apple vai Google Sign-In. Mēs saņemam unikālu konta identifikatoru un, atkarībā no jūsu izvēles un pakalpojumu sniedzēja, jūsu e-pasta adresi un parādīto vārdu. Mēs nesaņemam un nesaglabājam jūsu Apple vai Google paroli.

Age confirmation. Lai īstenotu mūsu politiku par 18 gadiem, mēs reģistrējam, ka esat apstiprinājis, ka esat 18 gadus vecs vai vecāks. Ja jūsu ierīce vai platforma sniedz vecuma signālu, mēs to izmantojam pierakstīšanās laikā; mēs ilgtermiņā neuzglabājam pamatā esošos platformas vecuma datus.

Gameplay information. Mēs apstrādājam informāciju, kas nepieciešama spēles palaišanai, piemēram, jūsu spēles gaitu, rezultātus, spēlētās spēles un spēles notikumus. Spēle ir servera autoritatīva, tāpēc šī informācija tiek apstrādāta mūsu serveros, lai spēle būtu godīga.

Subscription and entitlement information. Abonementus un jebkuru bezmaksas izmēģinājuma versiju apstrādā Apple (App Store) vai Google (Google Play). Technical information. We collect limited technical data — device model, operating system version, app version and the language you chose — as part of the sign-in record below. The App sends us no crash reports and no analytics.

Voice and video. During a match you can talk with the other players at your table, and when you accept a video call from a friend you can see each other in the lobby, before the game starts. Your voice and your video travel directly between players' devices (peer to peer), encrypted end to end; our servers pass on only the connection setup, never the audio or the video. When a direct connection between two devices is impossible, the stream is relayed by our own relay server, which passes it on encrypted and cannot decrypt it. Nothing is recorded, stored or seen by us. The App asks for camera permission only when you accept a video call, and your camera stays off until you switch it on; video ends when the game starts. The App asks for microphone permission only for voice chat, and you can decline it and still play. You can mute any player, block a player for the match, or report a player from the PLAYERS window; a report is prepared on your device for you to send to support@wheel-knowledge.com, and nothing is sent automatically.

Calls. A player who knows your email address can ring your phone to invite you to their lobby. To deliver the ring, we register your phone with Apple's or Google's push service and keep the token it issues, together with your call preferences: whether you allow calls (on by default; switch it off in Settings under ALLOW CALLS) and any players you have blocked. We look up the address a caller types only to deliver the ring, and the caller is never told whether that address exists, whether it allows calls, or whether it has blocked them. The token and your preferences are deleted with your account.

Sign-in record. Each time you sign in, we record the date and time, the IP address your device connected from, the device model and operating system, the app version and the language you chose, together with your account email address and display name. We keep this record to secure your account, to detect abuse and fraud, and to support you if something goes wrong. It is stored in our database in the United Kingdom region and is not shared.

Purchase record. When you subscribe, we record the store you bought from (App Store or Google Play), the product, the store's transaction identifier, the price and currency the store reports, and the purchase and expiry dates, together with your account email address. We never receive or store your payment card details.

4. Juridiskais pamats un veids, kā mēs apstrādājam jūsu informāciju

Apvienotās Karalistes un ES lietotāji. Ja piemēro Apvienotās Karalistes GDPR vai ES VDAR, mēs paļaujamies uz: līguma izpildi (lai nodrošinātu lietotni un jūsu abonementu); likumīgām interesēm (lai nodrošinātu pakalpojumu drošību, novērstu ļaunprātīgu izmantošanu un uzlabotu uzticamību); piekrišanu (ja nepieciešams, piemēram, daži paziņojumi) un juridisku pienākumu (ja likums prasa mums apstrādāt vai saglabāt datus).

Amerikas Savienoto Valstu lietotāji. Mēs apstrādājam jūsu informāciju, lai nodrošinātu un aizsargātu lietotni, kā aprakstīts šajā politikā. Mēs nepārdodam jūsu personisko informāciju un nekopīgojam to starpkontekstu uzvedības reklāmai. 5. Informācijas koplietošana

7. Datu saglabāšana

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in records, your feedback, any purchase record, the phones you registered for calls and your call preferences from our servers, except where we are required to keep a specific record to meet a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation, and then only that record for only as long as required.

8. Jūsu tiesības

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and its data from within the App (Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT), or ask us to do it for you at wheel-knowledge.com/delete-account. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

9. Drošība
